How long does Vicodin show up in blood after taking. I take no more than two a day and have a blood test next week. (5 days). I have not taken any now for two days.

It will stay in your blood and urine 1 - 7 days, sometimes longer, depending on your amount of usage and your metablism. It will stay in your hair much longer than that. If you have a prescription for it then you should not have to worry if you can prove it is for a medical condition.
