i am brown skin and suffer from dark blemishes due to breakout of spots. Is there any cream that actually works (hydroquione free) to lighten the dark marks left from spots.

I know a gel that actually works but it contains hydroquinone (sorry) it's called ultraquin and has 4% hydroquinone in it so it's very effective. You can purchase it over the counter at your nearest drug store. I get mine at pharmacy in Walmart because it's a bit cheaper. Get the gel one in the green and white package but only apply it to your dark spots/ blemishes. Hope this helps! I've been using it for my dark spots and they are definiately fading.
