Anna, I am sorry that you have been diagnosed with Bell's Palsy. My uncle had it at one time. It isn't fun dealing with it. Thankfully, it is usually one of those diseases that is temporary and you should eventually regain your full health.

Whatever may be happening with you now, you need to call your doctor and speak with him/her. The doctor will advise you whether to come into the office for an appointment or will give you a referral to a gynecologist/obgyn. It is possible that the steroids are wreaking havoc with your system, but it is also possible that you are pregnant. If you are pregnant, taking steroids is problematic. So, start with the doctor you visited first and see what he/she recommends. The doctor may want you to come into the office, run a pregnancy test and then take it from there. Please don't wait this out. Call as soon as you can. It is important for your overall health to figure out what is exactly going on.
