How can I obtain an ITIN for an non-resident alien who wants to form a corporation here in the united states?

As I answered in my email, you di NOT need an ITIN, but rather a Employer Identification Number (EIN).

Go to the IRS website at Internal Revenue Service (http://www.irs.gov) and enter EIN in the search engine. That will lead you to the form that needs to be submitted for an EIN.
