i really dont think there is many cases of women bleeding during the first few weeks and months of pregnancy i know you may spot but i really dont think you would have a heavy period. I would check with your doctor on that though

The symptoms of pregnancy and menstration are so similar it is hard to tell, Before my positive pregnancy test I felt I wanted to eat everything in sight, and got all the usual pangs of menstruation but the only things that made me suspect pregnancy was that my lips down there went really blue and my temps rose the day after my period was due and could smell the slightest of smells, but the only way to really determine is to have a pregnancy test done around the time your period is due. x

It is doubtful that you are pregnant. While some women do bleed in early pregnancy, this is not as common as one would think.

Also, cravings typically do not happen until around the second trimester.

The symptoms of PMS and pregnancy are very similar. If you are bleeding and have your period, it is possible but doubtful that you are pregnant.

U may want to make a dr. apointment because I have reading for a week now about pregnancyies and u may be having an ectopic pregnancy or something else...

As everyone said....PMS and pregnancy symptoms are very similar. The only way to know for sure though is to take an HPT.

But I would say you are most likely not pregnant.
