I had the same problem you should use Proactiv it works and within two months your acne will be gone i can gurantee it.

Try a sauna or heated face mask.

BHA is the best way to remove blackheads as it exfoliates the inside of the pore as well as the surface of the skin

I use BHA 2% lotion from Paulas Choice but have to use the body lotion as the normal face lotion irritated my skin

within a month my blackheads were less visible, but not totally removed, and you can almost see them hanging half out and they pop straight out with no need to squeeze (which can be damaging to the skin)
