I have worked in same state but moved two months later, i asked employer to mail my w2, ive called them a few times, and still have not received my w2 form from them, how do i go about getting my w2 mailed, or can i find a copy of it online somewhere.. i cannot wait anylonger to file.. please help

You could file and extension. If you have your pay stubs you can roughly figure what you have already paid in for taxes. For an extension, you don't need to be absolutely on the mark, just very close.

Keep after the former employer to mail your W-2. Maybe write a letter to them.

File the extension.

Then contact the PRESIDENT of the company and ask about the W-2. Mention that your next phone call will be to the IRS if you do not get a W-2 sent to you soon.

THAT will get the W-2 for you.
