I'm a nursing student and want to achieve a perfect white SKIN.and i heard about the SKIN WHITENING capsule called METATHIONE.im only 17yrs.old weight;50kg height;66ff is it OK for me to take the medicine?a 500mg or not?is there any side effect?especially the LIVER? .......HELP! THNX
