My kerosene Monitor Heater 2200 displays a "E-13" code and will not fire. I cleaned both strainers and reassembled. It still won't work. Why?

Here is your owners manual.

I am experiencing the same problem. Heater worked fine two daya ago, and then quit working properly yesterday. Heater runs properly, burn light comes on. I can hear a "ticking" noise and then the heater beeps and displays "E 13". Unfotunately, the owners manual does nothing to help. The error code is related to no ignition. I cleaned the strainer, bled the line and ensured that there is kero flowing to the heater.
