The bill has never been in circulation, so it is not possible to be owned by an individual.

Depends on its age and condition, and how many were created. It may have a 10 to 50 dollar collectors value.

No such bill was ever issued by us bureau of printing and engraving, thus it is a fancy fake!

You are absolutely correct, however that Wilson 100K bill was never issued for general circulation if I recall correctly, and was intended only to be used within our federal banking system, although several specimens were in fact "filched or appropriated (after paying face amount)" by wealthy and connected privileged collectors here in the U.S.A. So there are a few "out there" although never in general circulation! Have a great week. Ron
