How close (by NY State code) can an electrical outlet be to an electric baseboard heater?

This information is contained in the installation instructions of the electric baseboard heater enforced by NEC 110.3(B)
If you are asking this to be safe, keep the receptacles and any other combustible items as far away as you can...
