I have a 40 year old house with central air conditioning and ceiling radiant heat ALL ELECTRIC with NO OTHER FUEL SOURCE AVAILABLE/ALLOWABLE. I need to replace the air and look for a relief from my electric bill on the heating and cooling. I have thought about heat pumps and central air with a pellet stove. All suggestions appreciated. My electric bill in winter has run $600/month to maintain 64 degrees. My summer bills average about $300 to keep the house cool.

Thanks,
Rob

" NO OTHER FUEL SOURCE AVAILABLE/ALLOWABLE. " could you explain further? Is propane out of the question.
