Are you willing to sign something stating that the poster will be fine? If not, you shouldn't assume that because you passed an ETG, the poster will. There is a quote "when you assume you make an a$$ out of u and me".

So what scientific background do you have, what tests have you done, to dispute what experts have said? Is it only your experience you're going by? If so, that's not enough to tell someone they'll be fine.

In a healthy adult BMI under 25, one standard drink (10-12g/eth) has an EtG peak of about 4000-6000ng/ml EtG after 3-5hrs of consumption with a terminal half-life of 2-3hrs. On average you can pass an EtG 500ng/ml cutoff test after 13-18hrs if you consume one standard drink

Now the more alcoholic beverages you consume the longer it takes to reach peak EtG. 3 standard drinks consumed over 3 hours has an EtG peak around 8-10hrs at 15,000ng/ml. Because the EtG doesn't start to degrade until the peak EtG is reached you have to add additional time to make sure you can make it below the cutoff.
