The outside wires from the a/c unit to the house were cut. There is a red, green, blue, and yellow from the unit. There is only a red and white from the house. How do I connect them back? Thank you!

If the unit outside is only a AC unit and hot a heat pump you only use two wires, so what you have to do is look in the unit and see how many wires are being used in the unit. If mor than two it must be a heat pump. But if only two are being used look to see which colors they are and then connect them to the two wires coming from the house. It does not mater which wire you connect to which.
