Trying to install a 7 day programmable thermostat
old thermostat is A digital TOTALINE
This is on a PAYNE Heating and Air System

Hooked up to Honeywell
R---------RC with Jumper to R

Y1--------Y
W2-------W2
BO W1---O/B W
C---------C

When I set the cool on All it does is turn the fan on the cooling compressor doesn't turn on at all.
Please help

Is your unit a heat pump. or just an AC with a gas furnace or an AC with electric strips.?
Need more info before we can be much help;

The unit is a heat pump
The unit also is electric

Did you set the thermostat up for heat pump and to energise the reversing valve in the cooling mode " O "?
