I am looking for a way to refund sale tax I paid because I have not had any income in US.
I just spent mony I brough in US in 2006.
I am F-1 visa.

Please let me know whether it is possible or not.

I believe you CAN get a refund for sales taxes paid, but only at the border when you leave country.
