I was drinking and I reported it toy probation officer,I'm attending trinity and she to me she was going to saspend my probation sentece for me to go to a half way house and reistate it when I completeed it,will the judge agree with them or could I face jail.

Depends on what state this is... in Virginia... you'd be going to jail.
