Do your parents know about him? Depending on where you live, you are likely to be under the age of consent. So ANY sexual intimacy is out.

But even if there is none, if your parents don't approve, then he can be in legal trouble.

But frankly. There is something seriously wrong with a 21 yr old starting a romantic relationship with a 14 yr old (which were your ages a year ago). A 22 yr old still has no business being involved with a 15 yr old.

I'm sure you feel you love him, but you are too young to truly understand what that means and are probably infatuated with an older man who pays attention to you. You really need to end this now. Tell him to come back in 3 years and then, when you are both adults, you can see if the relationship is real.

If anybody suspects, which is human nature. They can investigate and if they believe there is just cause he could go to jail and then end up on the Megan sex offender lust for the rest of his life.

Do you love him enough to end it so he doesn't go to jail?

He's an adult, you're a child. Without your parents consent to date this man (dating means nothing sexual, just dating) he could end up being charged with grooming a minor, or worse. He very well could end up in jail, but I guess you want what you want in typical 15 year old fashion, instead of thinking about the very real consequences your actions can have.

If you loved him as much as you say you do, you'd let him go. Then again, if he loved you at all he'd leave you alone until you're 18. Sounds like neither one of you have a clue what real love is.

Again, you only think you love him. You are too young to be sure. And, as Alty said, if you really did love him you would let him go so he doesn't get in trouble.

You didn't answer whether your parents are aware of all this.

Does this guy know you think of him as your boyfriend?

"the only trouble is that he is Asian ..."

What?

You can't blame a 15 year old too much, for throwing in a non-sequitor.

The parents of the 15 year old has to e aware of the relationsihip and give permission for dating. If they do not give permission for dating, and know what the dating is, the older man can e arrested and will go to jail.

The older man of course wants sex, and he will soon get around to that, since he already had the young girl not thinking clearly

"You can't blame a 15 year old too much, for throwing in a non-sequitor."

I wasn't "blaming" anyone - I just don't see the connection between his nationality and the dating issue. Any other race/religion/nationality would also be unimportant, unless it's an issue for the parents. I was thinking along the lines of "does one race/fill in the blanks cheat more than others" https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/dating/white-black-older-younger-761032.html#post3520865

Is that why it was mentioned? I suppose "we" could debate this or just answer her question.
