Ok here is my situation I began probation for a charge and I fully quit smoking the day of my test... and now it is August and I have had clean results and a few positives as well which is blowing my mind... I tested positive for marijuana on the 24th of July I was told and I have no idea why except the fact I have done some research that THC does store in your fat cells over a extended period. I am 5'10 and weigh 230 pounds and the jobs I have been doing are very labor intensive and I sweat and do a lot of physical excertion... I now face the possibility of a probation revocation for this now and I am freaking out can ANYONE tell me why I am still test positive randomly when I haven't smoked now in almost 4 months?

If you don't want to go to jail you need to get a WRITTEN statement from an expert who can state exactly what you have stated.

My last use was back in April... unless I am gettign a false positive or the lab is screwign up some how I do not now
