I am in the state of florida and was put on the felony diversion program for a 3rd degree felony. The contract states that the program lasts no less than 6 months and no more than 18. I have paid all of the fines and costs and have completed all 20 hrs of community service. My question is how long after my last meeting with my po can I leave the county to move. I have recently been accepted to a school overseas and need to leave right after my last meeting with my po . Do I have to wait for paperwork or can the po just say I am good to go. With this program all charges are dismissed. My po said I would be good to go in June, but I would like some feedback.

Your PO probably knows far more than us regarding your freedom. Go with his advice.

I'd venture to guess you aren't safe to leave until the ink is dry on your paperwork.
