I have sole legal and physical custody of my daughter who is 12. Her biological father left me when I was pregnant. He was not present at the birth, so he originally was not on the birth certificate.
When she was an infant, we went to court to establish paternity, visitation and support. Bio dad was court ordered to pay support and to abide by certain provisions prior to visitation (drug related testing etc). He has never completed those requirements and also he has not paid support.
I'm not sure about the process for taking him back to court. Is it worth it? Please help and let me know if you need more info from me to answer.
Thanks.
