I wish I could offer an answer, but you have an older, by a number of years, machine and it is extremely difficult to find any info on it. It was made by General Power Equipment back when they were owned by True Value Harware. Neither are in that incarnation any longer; True Value is a part of TruServe and General is owned by MTD.
