No you do not. The only way to lose virginity is to have sexual intercourse. Aka, when a penis is inserted into the vagina.

I feel mutual oral gratification is not loosing virginity as well.
"virginity" is a point of view to most.

technically the virginity is lost when intercourse occors. this may or may not have been when the hymen which is a thin layer of skin is broken. as far as masturbation is concerned, no you don't loose your virginity by masturbating. save the virginity for someone you love.
