Over the next two years, analysts expect that the company will exhibit 35% growth per year. For the subsequent two years, analysts expect 25% growth per year. In the fifth year, analysts expect 20% growth. After the fifth year, analysts expect that the companys growth will settle to its long-run growth rate of 5%. Benny's has a beta of 1.25, the riskless interest rate is 2%, and the market risk premium is 8%. Calculate the stocks intrinsic value today.

The after-tax profit margin is forecasted to be 6%, and the forecasted payout ratio is 40%. Use the AFN equation to forecast Lucky's AFN for the coming year.
