Hey

I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice i have joined a gym about a month ago and they have a stand up Tan booth in there changing room £1 for 3 mins and £2 for 6 mins... As i am going away at some point this year i would like to use a sunbed to get a base coat or a little something before i go. I would like to know what you reccomend as i am quite fair skin and blue eyes , naturally blonde hair but in recent years its become darker and is now dyed brown with blonde highlights. I am not going to go over board with the sunbeds i would just like to know how many times i should use it and how many minutes for to build up a slow gradual tan.

Any advice will be much appreicated. Thanks in Advance

:) Teresa :)

This is me on holiday as you can see i kinda go a pinky colour but i sometimes go a very light brown depending on how long ive been away and if ive been in the sun alot.

Sunbeds use UV (ultraviolet) rays, which is the same type of harmful radiation that is found in natural sunlight. People should not use sunbeds more than twice a week. However, if you are very fair skin, you should avoid sunbeds. I think you should try using self-tanners, tanning lotions, or spray-on-tans from salons just to be on the safe side.
