Why are my breasts still leaking after 3 and 1/2 months have passed since giving birth to my third daughter who I have bottlefed from day 1?

Hormones I would think.

My wife was pregnant the first time only for 2 months. Had a miscarriage. Went to the doctor in shock months later she was leaking. It does happen.

I would say if your concerned just bring that up in your next doctors appointment.
They will probably ask if you have any pain and discomfort. They should also ask what colour is the discharge?

There could be other causes as well, that is why it is better to see the doctor to rule out anything series.
