so im not sure how all these taxes work, but my mom was asking me if she put in her will to give one of us the house/property, how much tax do we pay or she pay? She also mentioned that there are some legal forms we have to sign for that too and that there are several types, which one would be best?....can someone please enlighten me about these things?!!??!? thanks! ^_^

Go see a tax professional about these issues; wait until about 1 May 2007, though, as we are ALL very busy right now.

There are so many variables here that they cannot be properly addressed in a forum like this one.
