HI

I have been deputed to the US since Oct 2005 on an L1B Visa by my parent company in India. I continue to be an employee of the same company in India and get my salary only in India. I also continue to pay my taxes in India. I also get monthly reimbursement of my US living expenses. I do not get any salary in the US and also do not have any source of income in the US.

Am I required to file an income tax in the US also ?

Appreciate your urgent help

Thanks
