Sometimes my parents are not talking to each other, and sometimes they're just fine.

But the other night comes into my room and tells me that she loves which is really strange because she never does that and I asked her like why she's acting like that and her answer was that she might not be here in the next couple of weeks

Is she preparing me for something? And earlier that same night my dad just randomly gave 400 dollars so I'm really confused

I know that it isn't easy to question a parent what's going on, but just blurt it out that you sense something awful and it's causing you to worry a lot. Parents need to tell their children about divorce when it starts to get obvious. Of course it might be something else, or they might have decided to stay together after all.
