My little brother is 12 years old. I'm 20 years old now. I left when I was 18 due to emotional abuse and the same thing is happening to my little brother. He is not treated equally because he isn't my stepfather's son. He does his chores, his homework and sits in his room and cries. He doesn't want to be there. Is there any way I can take guardianship of him? I will do WHATEVER it takes. I know my mother and stepfather will most likely fight me, but I care about his happiness more than anything. I know what he's going through and he needs love. Please, can anyone help me?
