Well yesterday she was doing just fine and this morning she was throwing up and she won't eat at all so I had to force some wet dog food in her and it help a little but she refuses to eat still but she is drinkig plenty of water and when she uses the bathroom it very runny and I just want to know what I can do to help her eat by her self

She sounds sick. She needs to see a vet. Force feeding her is very dangerous if done incorrectly.
