Some material contained in the old water heater or the water lines might have broken loose and found there way into your water system. You will have to look for the restrictions. Start at the water heater and work towards the faucets etc. NOTE: especially look at the connections at the water heater itself since if dialectic unions were not used in the original install a corrosion block might have formed there
