It is a 20 dollar bill that people tell me is from military is smaller than normal money but everything is legable on it would like to here if it is worth anything

I think it's safe to say you've been scammed. I don't believe the military uses money that's any different than the norm.

Certain military 'small' money was used in WW2, but it didn't look like US bills, and it would have the name of another country on it. Did someone tell you that who actually looked at it, or just in writing, or over the phone?
Federal law requires that copied money be at least a certain amount smaller or larger than real money. It is used for ad gimmicks and games and promotional giveaways.

My uncle passed away last yr and I found it and some of his stuff,I asked an older man that served and war and he said it was military but he did not c it. I'm going to try figure out how to put pics on here for the viewers to c then mayb more can be told about it thank you guys for the input
