I can't open a .that file, where could I get a free download programe?

It really depends on which program originally wrote the file.
What's the file name that you are trying to open ?

Thanks for responding, the file is called unlock.dat
I can't open any .that files on my computer.

Try opening it with notepad.

That is not an extension associated with a specific program. Many programs will use that extension. Some use a binary format, others use plain text. If it doesn't open in Notepad, then go back to the source of the file and find out was used to create it.
