Well i have this video on my computer and i want to make it into a gif but i can't find any websites i want an easy to use website that doesn't involve downloading it.because all the websites i seen only had "Upload Image" When i want for video and i need it to work on tumblr because gifsoup wont work for me (if you know why it might not work include in answer) and i don't know why a site where i can make a video i have on my computer into a gif that works on tumblr please anyone tell me doesnt envove downloading and it is FREE thanks :)
