Where to start..well a couple years ago i was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). ive been put on a BC pill for that. a few months ago i was having heart palpitations, skipping beats. i was put on a 24 hour monitor(hated it) and got lab work down. my thyroid was out of whack and i was put on meds for that. back then(this was about 3 months ago) my white blood cell count was 12.4. i had just gone in maybe a couple weeks ago for more lab work and my white blood cell count has only gone down to 12.1. my doctor is sending me to a hematologist..any ideas? what do they do on a first visit?
