i was put on 5yr felony probation in 09 in cobb co Ga, ive already violated once with misdemenor violation and sentenced 6mo and did 4 on it, im now facing my second violation with same misdemenor charge as of almost a yr now..how much time would be left on my sentence that legally i would have to serve considering ive been on since 09 and reinstated once already? ive got same info to help my situation if not more concerning how my life has been turning around that ive given a lawyer once before, will the warrant ever go away? what about statues of limitations pertaining my situation ??

A warrant never goes away till you are picked up and taken before the court. Any probation freezes at the time a warrant is issued, till it is resolved.

Most likely you will get the 6 months again, serve all of it.

They can give you up to the max time of the entire probation time, minus any time served for probation violation.
