Hi i am south Indian girl 21 yrs old(married). initially i was chubby but every one in my office started to tease me so i started diet and i skipped my breakfast and next two time i use ate very little amount day by day i reduced my weight and chubbiness.Now i become very lean.Now i am facing lot of problem as i cant travel in any transport if i do i feel giddiness.Now i am trying to eat more healthy food but if i eat more i feel vomiting sensation and giddiness.i am not able to work hard if i do i feel very tired and i dint have stamina.i want to become fat and healthy in month kindly suggest some tips and food to be followed.
