i have lived in the united states my whole life i was brought as a minor when i was 1 year old ! i left the country when i was 18 because i did not like being an immigrant and i needed to go to college, i then got a tourist visa and lied about my illegal years in usa, i returned to the usa, and got deported at the port f entry, now i need to return to see my family i miss them and i have no one in Argentina, my 2 brothers and sisters are all american citizens, my parents are in a legal case. what do i do?

Are your parents residents,or are they awaiting citizenship? Also, how old are you?

awating citizens, myborther turns 21 in march! im 19 years old

Your best opportunity would be for your parents to obtain citizenship so that they could apply for you.

right thats what im thinking but that takes foreer i at least want a tourist visa so i can visit them!
