Long story short I got into a highspeed chase on my bike and have the following charges:
Willful wreckless
Fleeing to avoid arrest
100+ in a 30
Improper passing
passing up the middle.
I have a lawyer but have not talked to him.
Can someone tell me with a good lawyer what I will be looking at? I am 17 and the County Attorney wants to get me as an adult but I turn 18 in november. Its hard to sleep not knowing what I'm going to get.

Even as a first offense I think you will find it difficult not getting some fairly severe punishment even if they eliminate one or more of the charges.

Best case a few years probation and several thousand dollars in fines most likely.

Possible 3 to 6 months in jail and then probation, If this resulted in a high speed chase, often the DA will be pushed by the police to go for a max. since high speed chases endanger lives.
