Hi I have applied for ITIN for my sopuse and daughter and along with that I have filed federal tax(form 1040) and mailed it to IRS Austin address which was mentioned in the W7 form.
1) My question is can I file the state return online once I get the ITIN nos of my spouse and daughter?
2) If above is "no"; should I mail the state return to the same address(mentioned in W7) or some different address?

Thanks,
asutosh

1) Once you have the ITINs, file the state tax. If the online software allows you to file just a state return, go for it.

2) If not, file a paper state return to the address specified in the state instuctions.
