My boyfriend is on probation and has been accused of arm robbery they can't see his face so judging him from back of his hair and his boxers(underwear). He is on a probation hold but all of his courts keep being canceled is it possible he be let out on third party release or reinstated anything

No he will have to have a probation hearing to be released. But it is not going to happen till they drop charges on him ( assuming they do) But honestly they will have more than just this, someone had to have said it was him
