I have a new fedders unit outside I replaced after hurricane Katrina. It is a AC heat pump. We have already had to replace the compressor and now it is making an off on again whining sound. I am not sure it is suppose to do this I have never noticed it before and it does not make it all the time. The heat seems to work fine. Do I have a problem?
