Im in Henderson Nevada and was evicted The landlord refuses to give me my belongings in the house before I pay him a $200 fee for moving stuff into garage. $125 fee for eviction. And $20 a day storage fee. Us this allowed??

Was any of that fee listed in your lease? Who actually performed the eviction?

No fees listed. Constable did evuction

When the constable came, did you take your belongings? Or did the landlord move them into storage? I would go back to the court and ask for an order releasing your belongings.

Your property was supposed to be totally out on the curb during the eviction, why was anything left behind? There are fees involved with eviction but the owner pays the fee and he can not force you to pay. Go back to court
