i resently rented an apartment,come to find out ,that the renters does not own the property they rented to me..what can i do? will i be removed from property

It depends.

How did you discover that your landlord doesn't own the property? Do they have some claim to it; or did they simpy break in and take it over?

Has the "real" owner contacted you?

You don't have squatters rights since they don't exist. You may have some rights depending on the situation, We need to understand what the full situation is. Have you been a victim of a fraud or what?
