I have a similar problem - well - my sister does. I need to file a motion to vacate judgement in Court of Common Pleas of Fulton County, PA. I live in Washington State. Do you know where I can find a motion to vacate form online? I didn't see one on the unified court website.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

The Court of common pleas is the major court system in PA. Since its not small claims court, the filings have to be proper. You can't file something from WA. I would suggest your sister talk to the court clerk for the proper forms. Another resource might be a local law school, many have clinics that can help prepare paperwork.

What is she trying to vacate?
