Someone is harassing me at work and has been for the last 3 years. I changed companies in the environment and she is now slandering me through the people I work with. She is using my personal life, or what she says my personal life is, and now, my coworkers are asking me questions about my life. Can I have her committed?

Extremely unlikely. Unless you have a lot of money to spend without a guarantee of winning you might have to learn to ignore her.
