This is another question. Can the mother access the commissary of her child's incarcerated father for child support. We're talking maybe $.16/hr. on a job he has. And can she access the money put into his commissary by others?

I work in a correctional facility (can't disclose where) and when the father is incarcerated usually the state picks up the Tab until release. However as soon as he is released you can take him back for modification and any monetary earnings he gets from there on out would be awarded to you if there's back support. Hope this helps!
