Hi, hope someone can help as I am a complete loss of how to solve this problem. We bought our house about 3 years ago and have a sewer smell coming from the first floor toilet. The entire house was renovated before we moved in and the toilet was brand new. The smell only happens in the summer, during hot temperatures and high humidity. Fall, Winter, Spring...........no smell at all.

I have replaced the wax ring 3 times and have caulked the base of the toilet. The last time was about 2 weeks ago, I even bought the extra thick ring, hoping that would help, but it didnt. There are no signs of leaks. Not sure what could be causing this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
David
