My dad went to a pharmacy and they changed his colostomy bag in the restroom then the lady buns him with some paste then she says "oh" and I quote " I'm not supposedlto be doing this". Her hair all in his stoma I have three witness if my father delopes an infection can we sue for HIPAA violation

What does this have to do with HIPAA? Sounds like a malpractice issue.

Not sure how this has anything to do with HIPAA? Who was the lady and why was she helping your dad in a restroom in a pharmacy?
